Manager: Strategy, Research and Projects

Job-related qualifications and experience:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Management (majoring in HR or Strategy), Economics, Commerce, HR/Organizational Psychology/Organizational Development or Equivalent Qualification from a recognized Institution on NQA level 8.
Minimum of eight (6) years of working experience, of which three (3) years should be on a supervisory level in the Strategic or Project Management environment.
Balance Scorecard Certification/Experience is a Prerequisite.
Certification in Strategic Management, Organizational Development, Project management /or a Master’s in Business Administration (major in HR or Strategy) or Leadership and Innovation will be an added advantage.
