Manager: Strategy, Research and Projects Job-related qualifications and experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Management (majoring in HR or Strategy), Economics, Commerce, HR/Organizational Psychology/Organizational Development or Equivalent Qualification from a recognized Institution on NQA level 8.
  • Minimum of eight (6) years of working experience, of which three (3) years should be on a supervisory level in the Strategic or Project Management environment.
  • Balance Scorecard Certification/Experience is a Prerequisite.
  • Certification in Strategic Management, Organizational Development, Project management /or a Master’s in Business Administration (major in HR or Strategy) or Leadership and Innovation will be an added advantage.

The incumbent should have the following knowledge, skills, and Attributes:

Knowledge of:

  • Strategy formulation and frameworks, Strategy Monitoring and Analysis, Project Management, Business Development and Innovation, Corporate Governance, Financial Analysis and Processes, Legal frameworks for Pension funds, Pension fund rules, Balanced Scorecard Methodology, Macro-Economic insight.


  • Monitoring and Evaluation skills, Deductive Reasoning/Interpretative Skills, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Strategic Leadership, Decision making Report writing and presentation Skills, Industry knowledge and advanced Strategic and Business Planning Skills.

Database Administrator
Job-related qualifications and experience:
