Payroll Administrator	MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION Degree in Accounting/Finance/Human Resources. 8 – 10 years payroll processing working experience, with 2 – 3 years proven experience in a similar role. Knowledge of payroll procedures, regulations and related laws. Familiarity with Payroll software and/or Human Resources Information Systems. Computer literate with mastering of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of South African and Zambian legislations and remuneration will be an added advantage. Namibian citizen or eligible to apply for Namibian citizenship. GRADUATE TRAINEE	TERTIARY QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Honours degree in Industrial Psychology (x1 candidate); Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (Programming & Software Development) (x2 candidates); Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (x1 candidate); Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management & Logistics (x1 candidate); Honours degree in Microbiology (x1 candidate); Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical- or Industrial Engineering (x1 candidate); Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Consumer Science (must have Quality Assurance as module) (x1 candidate).
