Manager: Public Investment	Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements An appropriate Master’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. Proven understanding of the Namibian business ecosystem. Strong knowledge and understanding of key business fundamentals. Proven business analytical skills Proven business and/or project development capability. Extensive knowledge on how the Government operates. Strong knowledge and understanding of key national and economic development fundamentals. Strong understanding of project and infrastructure finance. At least 3 years experience in a senior role or management. Extensive relationship management experience.
Manager: Research & Development	Qualifications and Education Requirements A Master’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Management, Economics or industry standard registration or certification, such as CA or CFA Strong knowledge and understanding of key business fundamentals. Strong knowledge and understanding of key national and economic development fundamentals. Proven understanding of the Namibian business ecosystem. Proven data, analytical, mathematical and research ability. Proven ability to meet with and understand client needs. A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
Senior Investment Officer	Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements A Honours degree in Business Management, Economics or a related field or possess strong knowledge and understanding of key business fundamentals. A Master’s degree in any of these fields will be a distinct advantage. Deep and proven understanding of the Namibian business ecosystem. Extensive experience in managing client relationships and/or sales. Proven business analytical and/or entrepreneurial experience. Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service, private banking, commercial development, investment promotion, international development or another role which involves a similar degree of relationship management, analytics and coordination to meet client needs.
