Mechanical Engineering Superintendent	A degree or relevant equivalent qualification in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of more than 10years experience in managing the Mechanical engineering section, of which 7 years should be managing the maintenance crew. Troubleshooting, testing, calibrating of all plant equipment. Thorough knowledge of all applicable codes and standards within established safety guidelines Experience on installation of new mechanical systems and modifications to existing systems. Install and calibrate various types of mechanical equipment. In-depth knowledge of HSE and mechanical lockout procedures. Experience on training and providing assistance to the maintenance team. Organizational skills and priority management A valid code B Driver’s license. Being vaccinated against COVID 19 will be an added advantage.
Supply Chain Supervisor	Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (NQF level 7), in the fields of Accounting and Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. 5 years’ experience in a supply chain environment of which 2 years should have been in a supervisory position, preferably in the mining industry. Import/Export experience. Computer literacy – Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent skills of using Excel. Problem solving and decision-making skills. Syspro experience will be an added advantage. Valid B driver’s licence. Code BE will be an advantage.
Boilermaker x 4	Minimum of Grade 12 certificate. Qualified Boilermaker from Namibian training Authority (NTA)/ Namibian Qualifications Authority (NQA) Recognized Institution. At least 5 years’ post trade test experience as an Artisan. Valid Code B Driver’s license. Sound verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English High level of multi-skilling and use own initiative Independent, self-motivated, proactive thinking and ability to do own job planning. DMS Process plant experience will be advantageous. Being vaccinated against COVID 19 will be an added advantage.
