  • Proven experience as a Safety Advisor in the Gold mining industry only .
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices specific to mining operations.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification techniques.
Site Service Manager Education

  • Trade qualified, or tertiary educated in a related field (asset management, engineering etc.)

Experience

  • Ten (10) years’ + experience in similar leadership role.
  • Mining experience essential, in a large scale project.
  • Start-up experience essential, especially in remote environments, leading a team of other country nationals.
Maintenance Manager Education

  • Trade qualified, or tertiary educated in a related field (asset management, engineering etc.)

Experience

  • Twelve (12) years’ + experience in similar leadership role.
  • Mining experience essential, in a large scale project.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience with variety of OEM equipment
  • Start-up experience essential, especially in remote environments, leading a team of other country nationals.
